How does "price your own work" work?
When you send a request, tell us what you would like to pay for the job. We review it and either accept your price or call you to agree a fair one before any work starts — there is no obligation.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You see the price before you book, or you set it yourself with price your own work. If a job needs parts, we quote them first and you decide.
What if I am on a tight budget?
Just tell us. Use price your own work to say what you can afford and we will suggest what fits — sometimes a remote session or a smaller package keeps the cost right down.
Do you come to my home?
Yes, anywhere in Brisbane — home visits are what we do best. If it suits you better, many software, email and account problems can also be fixed over a secure remote session.
I am outside Brisbane. Can you still help?
For websites, custom software, apps and AI automation — yes, wherever you are in Australia. We meet by video call, share progress online and support you remotely after launch. Home visits are Brisbane only.
Is a remote session safe?
Yes. You start the session yourself, approve the connection and can watch everything on your screen. When the session ends, we cannot reconnect without your permission.
