Which areas do you cover?

Home visits are available right across Brisbane — inner city, north, south, east and west. Website development, software development and AI automation are delivered online, so we work with clients anywhere in Australia.

How much does a home visit cost?

Home help starts from just $29. Every package price is listed on our Price List, so you know what you will pay before you book.

How does "price your own work" work?

When you send a request, tell us what you would like to pay for the job. We review it and either accept your price or call you to agree a fair one before any work starts — there is no obligation.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You see the price before you book, or you set it yourself with price your own work. If a job needs parts, we quote them first and you decide.

What if I am on a tight budget?

Just tell us. Use price your own work to say what you can afford and we will suggest what fits — sometimes a remote session or a smaller package keeps the cost right down.

Do you come to my home?

Yes, anywhere in Brisbane — home visits are what we do best. If it suits you better, many software, email and account problems can also be fixed over a secure remote session.
